About Sara
I’m not your typical coach —I’m a Board Chair, Non-Executive Director, ex-CEO, and a proud neurodivergent thinker.
As an Autistic person with ADHD, I spent years trying to blend in. I knew I had potential, but I didn't know how to tap into it. For a long time, I aimed low, convinced that my unique way of thinking was a limitation. But over time, I flipped the script, leveraging my brain’s energy and quirkiness to build a career that embraced all of me.
Now, I help others do the same—people who think differently, whether they have a diagnosis or just know their brain works a little outside the box. I work with professionals to leverage their strengths for success and navigate the complexities of high-pressure roles.
I also support organisations looking to embrace diverse cognitive styles. I help organisations create environments where all perspectives are valued and every voice contributes to better outcomes. I believe great things happen when neurotypical and neurodivergent minds work together.
I’m here for the late bloomers, the ahead-of-their-timers, and the trailblazers who want to understand themselves fully so they can bring their absolute best to the world.

I create a coaching experience that’s uniquely tailored to you and the way you think. Many of my clients come to me with challenges like navigating difficult transitions, strained work relationships, overcoming people-pleasing tendencies, enhancing productivity, recovering from burnout, or finding their authentic leadership style.
