I create a coaching experience that’s uniquely tailored to you and the way you think.

Many of my clients come to me with challenges like navigating difficult transitions, strained work relationships, overcoming people-pleasing tendencies, enhancing productivity, recovering from burnout, or finding their authentic leadership style. Others are dealing with the sensory challenges of their work environments or going through big career or life shifts.

Whether you have a formal neurodivergent diagnosis, suspect you might be neurodivergent, or simply feel your brain works a little differently from others, you’re welcome here. My coaching isn’t about labels or fitting into categories; it’s about working with you, as you are, to address what matters most to you.

Each session adapts to meet your unique needs, and I’m here to help you identify the areas that will make the biggest impact. My approach is flexible, client-driven, and focused on real, practical solutions for whatever’s most relevant. We’ll develop hands-on strategies that work with your brain, not against it. The strategies we build will feel immediately useful and grounded in the reality of your day-to-day life.

I offer online coaching, so you can join from wherever you’re comfortable, although I recommend being in a space that is private and quiet. Each session is 60 minutes, and usually sessions are 3-4 weeks apart. If you need a different frequency, we can negotiate something to meet your needs.
