I've been navigating workplaces and leadership for a long time. It wasn't until I was diagnosed as Autistic and ADHD that I understood why my approach was different, and why the skills I'd built along the way were valuable.
As an experienced executive coach and facilitator, I decided to combine what I knew together with what I could do and build something.
